Mobility of learners with ECVET

Transport and logistics processes require already today a global thinking of workers and learners in order to cope properly with the requirements of globalisation. A European approach within vocational education and training is highly beneficial for learners and employers. Geographical mobility within formal vocational education and training has, therefore, an increasing role as a tool to provide learners with additional abilities necessary to cope with the requirements of their future jobs.

The European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET) supports learners, employers and VET providers in the realisation and recognition of learning periods abroad and in the framework of transnational partnerships between education and industry.
